We want you to be able to enjoy your experience when dining at Côte, however things may look and feel a little different on your visit. Please read more on the steps we have taken to keep you and our teams safe below:

  • In line with current government guidance, we will only be accepting groups of up to 6 people from a maximum of 2 households to dine indoors. Groups of more than 6 people will be able to dine outdoors. Please contact the restaurant directly to make your booking
  • In line with the current legislation, please check in using the NHS QR code on arrival to the restaurant. Our teams will also be taking your details on arrival to allow us to locate which table you have sat out for Track and Trace purposes
  • We have reviewed the layout of our brasseries to ensure sufficient space between tables and to allow for social distancing
  • Hand sanitiser stations have been installed throughout our brasseries to help keep frequently touched area as clean as possible. This is for the use of our guests and teams alike
  • The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces, including tables, chairs and small equipment has been increased
  • All team members have been re-trained in the correct hand washing method and frequency
  • We ask that you remain mindful of social distancing guidelines when in our brasseries, particularly when entering and leaving, in corridors and when visiting the restroom
  • All payments are to be made cashless. This is for your safety as well as the safety of our teams. Payments will be taken at the table by our waiting team.
  • We have reviewed our menu offering and service standards. This enables us to operate with fewer members of staff and to allow for social distancing
  • We asked that you refrain from handing over smallware, including plates and glasses, to avoid direct contact with your waiter. These will be removed by a member of our team
  • All employees are subject to daily wellness checks which includes a temperature check. Anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19 will be excluded from the workplace
  • We respectfully ask that you do not visit the restaurant if you are suffering from symptoms of COVID-19
  • All team members in our restaurants will be wearing a face covering for their safety as well as yours
  • Please wear a face mask when moving around the restaurant and visiting the restrooms
  • A COVID-19 risk assessment has been completed, in line with the government guidance, and will be reviewed regularly
