We want you to be able to enjoy your experience when dining at Côte, however things may look and feel a little different on your visit. Please read more on the steps we have taken to keep you and our teams safe below:

  • In line with current government guidance, we will only be accepting single households to dine indoors in restaurants in High and Very High Alert Level areas. We will be welcoming tables of up to 6 people outdoors.
  • We have reviewed the layout of our brasseries to ensure sufficient space between tables and to allow for social distancing, and are currently only taking reservations for tables of 6 or less
  • Hand sanitiser stations have been installed throughout our brasseries to help keep frequently touched area as clean as possible. This is for the use of our guests and teams alike
  • The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces, including tables, chairs and small equipment has been increased
  • We have reviewed all disinfectants used throughout our brasseries and can confirm that they are effective against virus, including coronaviruses
  • All team members have been re-trained in the correct hand washing method and frequency
  • We ask that you remain mindful of social distancing guidelines when in our brasseries, particularly when entering and leaving, in corridors and when visiting the restroom
  • All payments are to be made cashless. This is for your safety as well as the safety of our teams
  • We have reviewed our menu offering and service standard. This enables us to operate with fewer members of staff and to allow for social distancing
  • We asked that you refrain from handing over smallware, including plates and glasses, to avoid direct contact with your waiter. These will be removed by a member of our team
  • All employees are subject to daily wellness which includes a temperature check. Anyone displaying symptoms or pre-symptoms of COVID-19 will be excluded from the workplace
  • We respectfully ask that you do not visit the restaurant if you are suffering from symptoms of COVID-19
  • All team members in our restaurants will be wearing a face covering for their safety as well as yours
  • A COVID-19 risk assessment has been completed, in line with the government guidance, and will be reviewed regularly
  • As per the current government guidelines, our restaurants will be closing at 10pm
  • Please wear a face mask when moving around the restaurant and visiting the restrooms
