At Côte, we let the seasons take the lead when it comes to curating our menus. We work with local farmers to source the finest produce, picking it at its best to create dishes bursting with flavour.

We have been proudly sourcing our asparagus from Cobrey Farm for the last decade. Tucked in the rolling hills of the Wye Valley, this farm produces splendid asparagus year upon year, making their way into our kitchens for our chefs to create seasonal specials that put the produce front and centre.
