Earning and redeeming stamps in the Côte Brasserie app
- Create an account in the Côte Brasserie app to start earning stamps.
- When dining in a Côte Brasserie, ask your server to scan your app’s app “loyalty pass”, or alternatively pay via your app. If you spend more than £20 per bill (excluding service charge and optional donations), you will be rewarded with one Stamp.
- Stamps can only be collected via the Côte Brasserie app.
- Once the threshold for a reward has been met, your reward will be added to your wallet in the Côte Brasserie app. You will continue to receive stamps each time you spend more than £20 when dining with us.
- When your stamp card is full, it will reset. All rewards will remain in your wallet until they are redeemed.
- Rewards granted after collecting stamps must be redeemed via the Côte Brasserie app.
- All rewards expire after 12 months of having been earnt. Re-earning a new reward resets the 12-month expiration period.

£10 Icons – Redeem via the Côte Brasserie app
- After creating an account in the Côte Brasserie app you will be rewarded by being able to buy one Côte Icons dish for just £10.
- Enjoy one main dish from the ‘Icons’ section of the menu for £10. Dishes limited to: Minute Steak Frites (5oz), Tarte Tatin, Confit Pork Belly, Bourguignon, Vegan Fable Burger, Côte Burger, Pan-fried Salmon, Moules Marinière & Grilled Sea Bream. - To redeem, your bill (excluding service charge and optional donations) must total £100 or more.

Booking:
When making your reservation, please ensure that you provide accurate contact information (email address and/or phone number) to allow us to provide full communications with yourself regarding your booking.
If you are running late for your reservation, please telephone the restaurant directly. If we do not hear from you, we will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes after the reservation time.
We appreciate that sometimes you will need to cancel, but request that you please let us know as far in advance as possible. Once again you can do so by contacting the restaurant directly, or alternatively there is a cancellation link within our booking confirmation emails that will automatically cancel your reservation for you.
Further booking terms and conditions may apply to reservations during selected busy seasonal periods, including but not limited to: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and the festive seasons during November and December. Any extra terms and conditions will be stated at the point of booking.
Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings whilst dining with us.
Group booking:
Depending on availability at our restaurants, when making a booking for a large party we may require you to submit a pre-order in advance of your reservation. If this is required during the online booking process it will be denoted when you select your required time. Should you not be able to book your table online, our restaurant team will be able to assist and make you aware should a pre-order be required.
Deposits may be required for large party bookings or events, and a credit card may be required to secure your reservation.
Cancellation policy:
For some reservations we will require you to secure your table with a credit card. Whilst no funds are taken at the time of reservation, should you not arrive and fail to cancel or provide less than 72 hours notice of cancellation, we withhold the right to charge £10 per person.
Personal Belongings:
Côte Brasseries accepts no liability for guests personal belongings when dining with us.
Coat racks are provided around our Brasseries in most seating areas for guests to use if they wish to.
Please note:
- All personal belongings are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
- The restaurant accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to items left hanging or otherwise unattended on the premises.
- Guests are advised to always keep valuables with them.
