Our brilliant butcher Daryl and Executive Chef Steve have teamed up to bring a special dish onto the menu for just one week: introducing the bourguignon burger.
A hybrid of our famous beef bourguignon and hand-pressed burgers, this dish blends British and Irish beef, slow-cooked for five hours in a rich smoked bacon, mushroom and red wine sauce, topped with fresh pickled cucumbers in a brioche bun – accompanied by free flowing frites of course. We’ve made this available to everyone for National Butcher’s Week, in brasseries of course, and to order through Côte at Home or Deliveroo (we think everyone deserves a taste of this beauty).
