How do we ensure our dishes are gluten free at Côte Brasserie?

How do we ensure our dishes are gluten free at Côte Brasserie?

All our team are trained to the highest standard to ensure the safest food precautions, and we have strict processes in place. In brasseries, we’ll always ask you if you have any allergies or intolerances that we need to be aware of.

If you have a gluten allergy, we will have a fully trained member of the team at hand to serve you, and we’ll also show you our allergen tablet, so you can see all the information required. In the kitchen, we have dedicated gluten free counter spaces, equipment and utensils. When we place our gluten free dishes at the pass, we add a gluten free flag, so every team member is aware of the allergy and dishes importance.

New GF and GFO symbols

New GF and GFO symbols

We have updated how we communicate our gluten free options to make the dining experience more inclusive and seamless.  After listening to feedback from our guests, we learned that many would prefer to have the same experience as their friends and family. To simplify the experience and reduce the number of menus, we’ve introduced clear symbols printed onto all menus.

Our new GF and GFO symbols highlight dishes that are gluten free, or that can be made gluten free with small adjustments to the ingredients. You’ll now find these symbols printed across all our brasserie menus, so everyone can browse and choose confidently from the same selection.
